OBT Combines Old-Fashioned Technical Knowledge with a Fresh Perspective on Problem Solving
OBT operates in three states: Arkansas, Oklahoma and Colorado. Our primary office is located in Tulsa, OK with satellite offices in Denver, CO and Fort Smith, AR.

We began as a technical services company in Northwest Arkansas in November of 2004. Since that time, we have specialized and crafted our list of services to focus on our best attributes. To that end, we offer technical support services, digital document services and web services.

Our team offers combined experience of over 25 years in the IT industry, from small-business service to enterprise networking. Along with that experience, each team member brings a unique perspective to the group, allowing us to offer a more customized solution for each customer.

What Makes Us Unique?
We are not a company of computer science majors, geared to looking at problems in only one way. Our team combines certified knowledge with the simple know-how that comes from loving what you do. For many of us, technical support isn’t just a job; computers are a daily part of our lives. Each team member spends a significant amount of time continuing our own education, learning about the latest tech. We’re on the lookout for solutions that may not seem so obvious at first glance.
